During our stay, we were impressed by the cleanliness and attention to detail at Royal Hotel By Nightcap Social. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, and it was evident that the staff take pride in providing a comfortable stay for guests. We also appreciated the convenience of having a community kitchenette for tea and coffee, as well as the option for room service from the pub downstairs. Despite a minor hiccup with a smoking incident triggering the fire alarm, the staff responded promptly and efficiently. we highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, amenities, and attentive staff.

The room was comfortable and clean. The bed was also very comfy which made for a good night's sleep. The location of the hotel was very convenient, close to many shops and cafes in the area.

The hotel was linked to a pub with gaming machines and a sports bar which wasn't ideal. It was a bit off-putting when arriving at night as a single traveler.

The hotel's location is conveniently situated right next to a train station, making it easy to get around. The common area provided a cozy and clean place to relax, complete with a small kitchenette. Beds were comfortable, and the rooms were made up every night.

There were some noise issues from close-by buses and trains, which may not suit light sleepers.

The shared common area was great for socializing with my family, and the modern, clean bathrooms were a delightful surprise. The comfortable beds were also a plus. having access to a shared laundry was a handy convenience.

The air conditioning leaked and made the room too hot to sleep, and the bed was too soft and uncomfortable. The lack of a private bathroom was a bit inconvenient.
